How Many Days is the Return Period (Right of Withdrawal)?

Buyer; has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods, without taking any legal and criminal responsibility and without giving any reason, within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the goods in distance contracts for the sale of goods. In distance contracts related to service provision, this period starts on the date of signing of the contract. If it is agreed in the contract to perform the service before the expiry of fourteen days, the consumer may use his right of withdrawal until the date when the performance begins. The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal belong to the seller.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller by fax, telephone or e-mail within a period of fourteen days and the goods/services must be provided on the website www.hukukfuar.com, which is an integral part of this Contract and within the framework of the provisions of Article 4 of the Distance Sales Contract. In accordance with the preliminary information published on the website, it is essential that the packaging and its contents are not damaged and can be offered for sale again by the Seller. The return procedures within the scope of the Right of Withdrawal are included in the Distance Sales Contract. In case this right is exercised, it is obligatory to return the original invoice for the goods/services delivered to the 3rd party or the Buyer. The cost of goods/services and delivery costs are returned to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest following the receipt of the notice regarding the right of withdrawal, and the buyer is obliged to return the goods/service within 10 (ten) days. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be refunded to the Buyer.


If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to a fault of the Buyer or if the return becomes impossible, the Buyer is obliged to compensate the Seller for the damage at the rate of the defect. Payments can be made using one of the credit card, EFT or wire transfer methods.

 

Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised

Goods/services that cannot be returned due to their nature are goods/services that deteriorate rapidly and expire, disposable goods/services, and all kinds of software and programs that can be copied. In addition, in order to exercise the right of withdrawal in all kinds of software and programs, DVD, DIVX, VCD, CD, MD, video cassettes, computer and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, tape, etc.) condition that they are.

a) Contracts for goods or services whose prices change depending on the fluctuations in the financial markets and which are not under the control of the seller or supplier.

f) Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, excluding those provided under the subscription contract.

g) Contracts for accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply and the use of leisure time for entertainment or rest, which must be made on a certain date or period.

ğ) Contracts regarding services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

h) Contracts regarding services that are started to be performed with the approval of the consumer, before the expiry of the right of withdrawal.

 

How do I return it?

Before sending the product to us, you must notify us of your return request by filling out the product return form on this page. After the delivery confirmation regarding the return is sent to you by our technical department, please fill in the return form that comes with the package and send the product to us with a cargo company you trust. You will be notified by phone or e-mail confirmation information. The fee of the shipments made with the cargo companies belongs to the sender. Counter-paid shipments accepted
